Nasrin was born in Iran on 1951.  After she completed School of Art in Tehran she started  her business courier as Graphic Designer. Her first artworks in Tehran  will be  important milestones for her future courier.
Later she had the opportunity to spend two years in USA where she  developed her skills further in contemporary art.
In 1985 she moved to Istanbul and realized that Turkey will be her next destination. Istanbul; center of history and art became her new home country.

In her art works one can notice that she is expresing herself not only connected to history but also catching up modern view of today. She harmonizes motives coming from ancient mythology, eastern art and traditional handcrafts. Sun, moon, human bodies and geometrical figures, layers of textures and colors are part of her unique personal approach. She uses engraved motives on wooden forms to strength visual effects of her paintings.

So far she joined to various local and international exhibitions. Her works are part of  private collections worldwide.

Today she continues her journey in her atelier Bostanci-Istanbul.
